Delivery:

Normally I need from 3 to 5 working days to create your unique piece

Returns:
It is very important to me that you are pleased with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please Contact me and we will find a solution.
I accept returns, prior notice within 6 days from receipt, for unused item and in the same condition that you received it,  if the buyer pays the return shipping. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me before sending the item back and let me know the reason for the return.
Refund will not take place until after receiving returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Personalized items are not refundable.

Per me è molto importante che tu sia soddisfatto del tuo acquisto, quindi nel caso non dovessi essere felice ti prego di metterti in contatto con me per trovare una soluzione.
Accetto resi previa comunicazione entro 6 giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto, per merce integra , non utilizzata, nella confezione originale, ma il compratore si assume le spese di invio. Prima di effettuare iol reso mettiti in contatto con me in modo che possa conoscerne le ragioni.
La restituzione del denaro avverrà dopo aver ricevuto l'oggetto reso. Le spese di spedizioni non vengono rimborsate.
I prodotto personalizzati (differente dimensione, varianti di colore, variante di materiali, ecc.) non sono rimborsabili.
